When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification to advise you that it's on the way.
The dispatched notification means that your order has been packed and is waiting to be picked up from the warehouse by the delivery company, this occurs twice every weekday.
The email contains your shipping details such as the carrier, the carrier’s website and the tracking number. You can use this information to track the exact location of your parcel once it has left our warehouse.
If you have received your dispatch notification with your tracking number, you will be able to pinpoint exactly where your order is with Australia Post HERE.
After your order is confirmed, it may take up to 10 days for the dispatched notification to be sent to you. In most cases, much sooner if your delivery address is in a metro area. We kindly ask for your patience during this time, as our Warehouse is working as quickly as possible to pack and send your order.
Is your tracking ID invalid?
If you have received your tracking ID in the dispatch confirmation email, please be assured that your order has indeed been dispatched.
Sometimes, your order can take up to 4-5 business days for any tracking information to appear in the Australia Post system. If your tracking number remains invalid 5 business days after your dispatch email, just let us know, and we will be happy to investigate.
